• Founder and CEO of unique distillates and bespoke spirits start-up Diistil

• Previously spent 15 years in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank

• Prior to founding Diistil, was Head of EMEA Private Capital Markets at BofA

• Has advised on transactions raising in excess of $50bn in equity capital across 15 countries

• Advised private companies in raising capital from a broad range of sources, including VCs, growth equity, mutual funds, SWFs, pension funds, private equity, family offices, and strategics 

​

• Advised corporations, governments, individuals, and private equity on a range of public equity transactions including IPOs, ABBs, rights issues, permanent capital and SPACs

• Worked on transactions in a number of geographies including the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Nordics, Switzerland, Russia, Turkey, Middle East, and Africa

• Experience across multiple sectors including technology, real estate, FIG, consumer, media, telecoms, energy, industrials 

​

• Graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with a First Class Honours in Economics
