• 12 months post-launch, Diistil is featured in over 25 venues, including The Peninsula London, One Aldwych, Experimental Cocktail Club, Zetter Townhouse, WatchHouse, and the Royal Garden Hotel.

• Diistil is also available in independent retail venues and listed with Master of Malt.

15 years in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank

• Prior to founding Diistil, served as Head of EMEA Private Capital Markets at BofA.​

• Advised on transactions raising over $50bn in equity capital across 15 countries.​

• Expertise in advising private companies on capital raises from diverse sources, including VCs, growth equity, mutual funds, SWFs, pension funds, private equity, family offices, and strategics.​

• Advised corporations, governments, individuals, and private equity on a range of public equity transactions, including IPOs, ABBs, rights issues, permanent capital and SPACs.​

• Transactional experience across multiple sectors: technology, real estate, financial institutions, consumer, media, telecoms, energy, and industrials.​

• Worked across various regions, including the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.​​
